Responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of human resource systems activities associated with employee information, retrieval capabilities, workflows and reports. Responsibilities also include data integrity, running interfaces, testing of system changes and analyzing data for process improvement opportunities. The role will work with Human Resources, Payroll, IT, vendors and internal information systems employees to design new or modify existing human resource information systems to meet changing requirements.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience:
1) Associates degree or equivalent number of coursework hours in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Business Management or a related technical field required.
2) A minimum of three (3) years of verifiable experience in a Human Resources department, in which the primary duties involved system administration, modification and end-user training in a human resources system or equivalent required.
